Gwrach Ynys Bed and Breakfast is a special place to unwind and relax in complete comfort or explore the wonders of Snowdonia and North Wales.

Bedrooms

The house dates back to the Edwardian times and the interior reflects the elegance and roominess of that period. It retains many of its original features which are, tastefully blended with modern facilities. The letting rooms are all on the first floor and include a single, double, twins and family size rooms. All are en-suite and equipped with – Wi-Fi, TV, beverage tray, hair dryer and complementary toiletries.

Room 1 – Flexi

A light spacious room with a double and a single bed. The room is let as a double or twin or as a family room to sleep two adults and one child.

The room is south facing and enjoys pleasant views over the fields towards Harlech Castle.

Room 2 – Flexi

A large, well-lit room with a double and a single bed. Suitable for use as a double, twin or as a family of two adults and one child.

The room enjoys the morning sun and offers glorious views over the front garden to rolling hills beyond.

Room 4 – Double

A light spacious double shower en-suite bedroom which is let as a superior double room. There are stunning views over the fields to the hills and the mountains beyond.

Room 5 – Double or Twin

A cosy bedroom with a double and a single bed which is let as a double or twin room with a bath en-suite. The room enjoys pleasant views over open the fields to the landmark of Pen y Foel. This grassy escarpment, a popular location for evening walks, offers truly magnificent panoramic views which include the estuary and the iconic Portmeirion village.

Room 6 – Twin Room

A very comfortable west facing twin bedroom with two single 3 ft beds and a shower en-suite. The room shares the view of Room 5 to Pen y Foel. In summer the sunset can be stunning.

Room 7 – Single Room (Sleeps 1)

A spacious single room with a double bed, and a shower en-suite. There are unobstructed views over the fields, to the sand dunes of Harlech beach and the Lleyn Peninsula beyond.
